Job description:

We are looking for a qualified ACCA over 4 years of experience in external auditing. This should include leading audits from the planning stage through to completion. The candidate should have experience with a range of entities, including small and medium companies in varying sectors, charities and solicitors. The role will consist of 80% audit work and 20% non-audit work such as bookkeeping and preparation of year end accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing accounts
Preparation of Financial Statements
Computation of Corporation Tax/ Trust Tax.
Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Management Accounts

Person specification:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant who has worked within an accounting practice environment.

The candidate:

Should possess clear working knowledge of accounts and expertise in Audits
Must have a strong foundation of the double entry system of bookkeeping
Must have experience of working with senior management
Should possess good communication skills
Should be able to deal with changing internal and external demands in an organised manner
Should be a quick learner, especially with accountancy software
